Once you're ready, login to DocuSign using your University EID and password.

Creating Accounts & Logging Into DocuSign with Duo

If you are active university staff or faculty, create your UT DocuSign account using the following steps. Then work with your DUC (DocuSign Unit Contact) to enable your account to send official UT documents.

  • Active UT faculty or staff status required to log into UT’s DocuSign service
    • EID and Duo registration required
  • If your official UT email ends in, proceed with creating your account by following the visual guide to Logging Into DocuSign with Duo
  • Caution If your official UT email address does not end in, contact the DocuSign Team at or (512) 232-5647 for assistance with account creation
